The Town Manager manages the affairs of the Town of Winslow under the direction of the Winslow Town Council and in keeping with the Town Charter and the laws of the State of Maine and the United States.

The Town Clerk/Registrar of Voters is responsible for conducting and preparing all elections. They are also responsible for maintaining all voting and vital records and directing clerical employees engaged in the issuance of various municipal and State licenses.

The Human Resources Director & Treasurer is responsible for all personnel related matter of the Town including payroll, maintaining all employee records, claims, and reports.

Tax Collector, Administrative Assistant to the Assessor & Code Enforcement Officer- Vanessa Cote (207)-872-2776 Ext. 5204
The Tax Collector is responsible for the administrative and financial work in the issuance of tax bills and the collection and recording of all excise taxes and property taxes assessed by the Assessors against all real estate and personal property. The Tax Collector maintains tax records for all accounts and prepares regular reports of collected monies and delinquent properties for the State, Town Council, and townspeople. This position also provides administrative assistance to the Town Code Enforcement and Assessing offices including a supportive role to the Planning Board & Zoning Board of Appeals.

The Finance Clerks work in the front office. The three clerks are the Deputy Clerk responsible for Excise Tax, Inland Fisheries and Vital Records reporting; the Deputy Tax Collector responsible for the Sewer Billing; and the Assistant Clerk responsible for customer service and support functions for the other two positions. All three perform direct customer service, including motor vehicle registration, sewer and property tax payment processing, Vital Records, Dogs Licenses, and Hunting & Fishing Licenses. They also answer the phones and are your first point of contact when calling the Town office.
